If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will issue an exchange or online store credit., as explained below.
To return or exchange an item for credit within 7 days of purchase, please follow these simple steps:
1) Please advise the reason for the return, via
info@kellibelle.com You must have a return authorization # in advance of mailing.
2) Repack the item in its original shipping box. The item must be in its original condition, original package with all tags and labels still attached.
3) For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipts. KelliBelle is not responsible for return mailing expense, items damaged or lost in transit.
Once the item is received in its original condition, we will promptly issue a refund in the form of a store credit less 10% restocking fee.
